forces a 4 x 3 (1.33) aspect ratio, the ratio of standard television. 4 x 3 is used to display standard video on the
analog or component inputs. Its resolution is 720 x 640, which is not 4 x 3, but it should be displayed as 4 x 3 (the pixels
aren't square).
