Installation, use and maintenance
ATTENTION
Extreme operating conditions can cause the temperature of the motor
to rise and even to stop following the intervention of the electronic
controls. Switch off the pump and wait for it to cool down before using
again.

USING THE EQUIPMENT (OPERATING MODES)
13.1
STANDBY
Aer a certain amount of time (approximately 1 minute) from the end of any operation,
Vantage enters into low-consumption mode, in which all LEDs are switched off. To restart
Vantage from this sleep mode, press the ON/OFF buTon. Vantage will return to the state
it was in before Standby mode, restoring any alarms. A permanent green LED indicates
that the baTery is charged and that Vantage is therefore ready to operate.
13.2
DISPENSING
Start the ON /OFF buTon to dispense. Start-up is only possible if the green LED is per-
manently on; that is, if the baTery is charged. Confirmation that dispensing has started is
given by the red LED going on.
Dispensing can be stopped in three ways:
- Press and hold the ON/OFF buTon;
- Once the maximum dispensing time has been exceeded (time cannot be modified);
- Due to an alarm of intervention of the level sensor.
13.3
INSUFFICIENT VOLTAGE ALARM
Vantage enters this state aer having pressed the ON/OFF buTon if the voltage supply
is not sufficient to carry out the dispensing. The voltages for which Vantage activates this
alarm are as follows:
For 24V supply, the threshold voltage is 22V.
The alarm is shown by the flashing green LED.
Vantage exits this alarm condition only when the voltage supply exceeds the above-men-
tioned threshold voltages.
If the voltage is less than that of the alarm, the green LED will be completely off: this
means not only that the baTery voltage is insufficient to power the motor, but also that it
is not sufficient to power the electronic circuit board.
13.4
LEVEL ALARM
Vantage enters this state when the level contact has been closed. The alarm is shown by
the yellow LED, which is permanently on.
This alarm is reset the next time the pump is used.
If the level contact remains closed due to a fault or due to the tank being full, Vantage will
return to the level alarm status without switching on the pump.
