Ensure seat belt harnesses are not twisted.

STARTING ENGINE
If the engine is warm, no choke is required. For the first start of the day and
in cold conditions, applying choke will be necessary.
If the airplane will be started using external power, keep all personnel and
power unit cables well clear of the propeller rotation plane.

Limit cranking to intervals of 20 seconds with a 20 second cool-
ing period between cranks. This will improve battery and contactor life.
