Remove the Bonnet 85 by removing the 16
screws.

[4-1] Exterior
(1) Remove the D-DAC BRIDGE ASSY.
(2) Remove the A-DAC BRIDGE ASSY.
(3) Remove the screw. (BMZ30P040FTB)
(4) Remove the five screws. (BPZ30P080FTB)
(5) Remove the five screws. (ABA1011)
(6) Remove the AC inlet by removing the two
screws. (CBZ30P080FTB)
(7) Release the jumper wire from PCB binder.
(8) Cut the Binder.
Notes on assembling
∗
1: PCB binder tilt in the direction of the blue
arrow.
∗
2: After the jumper wire is bounded, pull the
extra length to the direction indicated by the
blue arrow.
(9) Remove the two screws. (ABA1011)
(10) Remove the PRIMARY ASSY.
(11) Remove the two Push Rivet. (AEC7071)
(12) Remove the Push Rivet. (AEC7071:
SC-57/UXJCB only)
(13) Disconnect the connector. (SC-57/UXJCB
only)
(14) Remove the PRIMARY SHIELD ASSY.
