OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
3. SERVICING SYSTEM
The following describes the servicing system for this system.
[1] Repairs will be provided free of charge for a period of one year for natural problems.
[2] For systems sold or installed directly by Pioneer, the Pioneer service outlet will provide primary repairs.
Requests for service will be accepted by telephone call between 9:30 and 18:00 weekdays.
(For service at other times and on weekends and holidays, contact your salesperson.)
[3] Pioneer has a system of registration for servicing of this system.
The system must be registered with the Pioneer Service Division, regardless of whether it was purchased at
an agency or directly from Pioneer. Servicing may not be offered for systems that are not registered. (For
details, contact the person responsible at Pioneer.)
[4] Pioneer will offer no guarantees or servicing for products purchased domestically which are used in foreign
countries.
4. CAUTIONS ON ASSEMBLY AND MAINTENANCE

Clean the net of the MPJ’s fan air intake and exhaust holes periodically to prevent clogging.

Working in high places is extremely dangerous. If tools or other objects fall they could damage the equip-
ment or even cause injury. Be extremely carefully when working in high places.

Repairing the wooden cabinet
This model uses a wooden cabinet. If the cabinet requires repairs due to visible scratches or chipping, Pio-
neer recommends using a commercially available wood repair product (filler, touchup pen, etc.).
