Flowchart of Failure Analysis for The Audio System
Is the audio signal displayed on
the "HDMI SIGNAL INFO2" page
of the Factory menu?
• Check if sound is muted, the VOL control is set to the minimum value, or if the audio signal is not input.
• Check if the audio cables or speaker cables are broken or loosely connected.
If no sound is output for any of the inputs, and if no signal is
input to the Power Amplifier, the PRE AUDIO Assy is definitely in failure.
Is the audio setting on the menu compatible
with the input signal?
If the voltage at the PR1
connector is low,
sound is not muted.
