Actual Vofs adjustment (4)
Perform aging for 3 seconds with
RST MASK 01 (white) displayed.
Set to RST MASK 17 (blue 850).
Set VOL OFFSET to 252 (60 V).
Are there any dark cells?
Are there any dark cells?
Decrease Vofs data one volt by one
volt until dark cells disappears.
(VOL OFFSET must be 089 [28 V] or more.)
VOL OFFSET_max3 141(38[V]) ?
Display RST MASK 05 (black).
Check on the Factory menu to see if
each voltage setting is for the proper value.
Power OFF => ON
Mask OFF
Exit the Factory menu.
Set VOL OFFSET_max3 to 252 (60 V).
Note:
This setting value becomes the value
for VOL OFFSET_max3.
The settings are reset to the user setting.
The settings are reset to the initial values.
Use input signals from a DVD or PC for CA checking. Check that no bright cells or dark cells.
