Check the firmware version in Test mode.
The version of the firmware must be latest.
Update firmware to the latest one, if it is not the latest.

Confirm whether the customer complain has
been solved.If the problem pointed out by the
customer occurs with a specific source or
operation, input that specific source then perform
that specific operation for checking.
The customer complain must not be reappeared.
Audio and operations must be normal.

Check the analog audio input.
Audio and operations must be normal.

Check the analog audio output.
Audio and operations must be normal.

Check the FL display and LEDs.
Check that all LEDs light in Test mode.

Check the LCD display.
Check that there is no dirt or dust trapped inside the LCD display.

Check the touch panel.
Check whether a product can be opeated properly in an all-back screen.
