Instructions to mix the dough:
Sift together the flour and salt
Warm the milk and water to lukewarm and sprinkle the yeast and sugar over the liquid. Allow to
stand until the mixture bubbles. Gently beat in the egg
Make a well in the flour, pour in the milk mixture and mix. Add the butter and mix well. Gently knead
the dough until it no longer sticks to the hands. Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover and
stand in a warm place until the dough has doubled in size
Knead the dough again and roll it out onto a lightly floured board, cut the dough into a large circle.
Prepare the topping you require for your pizza, some tasty ideas include: grated cheese, sliced
mushrooms, sliced tomato, cut ham, sliced salami, sliced peppers, a variety of herbs, etc.
Instructions to cook the pizza:
Heat the frying pan to 200˚C. Once the thermostat light goes off, lightly brush the frying pan with oil
and place the cut pizza dough onto the heated surface.
Place the prepared toppings onto the pizza base and reduce the thermostat
temperature to 140˚C.
Allow to bake for about 8 minutes, until the dough is golden brown and the topping is cooked.
Should you be using ready-made pizza, just follow the bottom section of instructions.
French Asian ComboStir-fry
Ingredients:
500g tender beef/pork/chicken, cut into strips
Variety of vegetables, such as peppers, onions, mushrooms, carrots,
bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, cabbage, etc, cut into strips
Instructions:
Heat the frying pan to 200˚C and wait for the thermostat light to go off. Add 30ml oil and allow to
heat.
Stir fry the meat strips for two minutes, stirring continuously.
Add the vegetables to the frying pan, stir to mix with the meat and cover the frying pan lid. Allow to
cook for two minutes. Add any sauces as desired.
Reduce the temperature to 140˚C, cover the frying pan with the lid and allow to cook for five
minutes.
