Position the bush (35) together with the O-ring (27).
NOTE!
Before inserting the bush (35), lubricate the inner surface with silicone grease.
20 Remove the lower lid (41)

Insert and fix the screws (48) according to the following tightening torque:
• Mod. 103M/103MH > tab. 9.59.
NOTE!
• Tighten the screws according to the cross diagram in paragraph 9.4.2.2;
• Make sure there is a gasket between the lower lid and the pressure switch body.
22 Insert the ring (49).
23 Fit the diaphragm protection disc (44).

Insert and fix the screws (46) according to the following tightening torque:
• Mod. 103M/103MH > tab. 9.59.
NOTE!
• Tighten the screws according to the cross diagram in paragraph 9.4.2.2;
• Before inserting the screw (46), apply thread locking glue.
25 Fit the diaphragm (43).
26 Fit the lid (40).

Insert and fix the screws (42) according to the following tightening torque:
• Mod. 103M/103MH > tab. 9.59.
NOTE!
Tighten the screws according to the cross diagram in paragraph 9.4.2.2.

Completely release the maximum pressure spring (11) by turning the ring nut (13).
NOTE!
To calibrate the spring, please refer to chapter 13 “Calibration tables”.

Completely release the minimum pressure spring (17) by turning the ring nut (15).
NOTE!
• To calibrate the spring, please refer to chapter 13 “Calibration tables”;
• If any.
30 Insert and fix the cap (18).
