Triple-BRI 1. Check to see if the site that is attempting
to call you is using the
BONDING
protocol
for inverse multiplexing.
All calls placed using inverse multi-
plexing must use the BONDING
protocol; other proprietary inverse
multiplexing protocols are not
supported.
The ISDN Triple-BRI network interface
does not support H0 (Hyperchannel
zero, or SW384) calls from an ISDN PRI
(Primary Rate Interface) network.
2. Verify that you configured the ISDN
Triple-BRI network interface correctly.
Check the ISDN Triple-BRI Protocol
configuration.
It is important that you enter the infor-
mation on the Set Numbers screens
correctly. Contact your network
provider for this information.
If your conÞguration is correct and you
are still experiencing problems,
continue with the next step.
3. If the system has been recently installed
or moved, check to see that the ISDN
Triple-BRI cables are plugged into the
ISDN Triple-BRI network interface card in
the order of their original installation.
Note:
Make sure you label the ISDN
cables and connectors to ensure
they are attached correctly.
