Selecting the Broadcaster

While you have chair control, you can select your site or any other site in the 
videoconference to be the broadcaster. If you donÕt select a site, everyone in the 
videoconference will be in Voice-Activated mode; however, once you designate a 
site to be the broadcaster, no one in the conference can use Voice-Activated mode.

To select a broadcaster:

Choose Select Broadcaster from the Chair Control menu.

The Broadcaster menu appears.
