Description of the ERROR Registers
The device has two 32-bit wide error registers. The following lists contain a description of the
individual bits of each register. Unless otherwise noted, a “1” indicates an error or warning
condition.

A CRC error was detected in the internal
configuration values. Please contact your
distributor.

Indicates that the feed forward calibration
of channel 1 is faulty.

CRC_ISOLLCAL_FAIL

Indicates that the current setpoint
calibration of channel 0 is faulty.

ro
The internal temperature was beyond safe
operating limits.

TEMP_WARNING

The internal temperature is 5 °C before
shutdown.

TEMP_HYSTERESE

Device is cooling down. Temperature
needs to drop below (maximum – 10 °C)

VCC_FAIL

Internal supply voltage error.

The loading of the default failed. Normally
this is because of a pending CRC error.
