4.3 Critical parts list
The following table lists the parts that are essential to the good
functioning of the oven. You should contact your local dealer as fast as
possible whenever a problem occurs with one of these parts. We
strongly suggest that you have each of these parts in your restaurant
if you are in an isolated area. You should make sure that your local
dealer has these parts in stock.
