P10a

By starting. when a plate is rotated and in addition the

repeat button

 is pressed, a

partially played

record

 is repeated.

................................................................................................................

11. Stop position of the starting operation

When the starting lever/  operation is placed in the

stop

position, when the guide hook/control stroke is

being swept out, it will be lock/distributed behind the switching strip/BAR .

The movement of the

P.U.arm is thus blocked

. That is why the P.U.arm will place itself on the switch

with the familiar result. When  the roller 137  on the control disc  the steering hits GUIDE HOOK  to turn

it inside  and fails in this, because it is locked, the roller (

137

) slides inward. In the case of 17.5CM plates,

the roller moves not only ALONE , but the steel wire bar/SPRING  (

113

) is pushed back one end, and the

direct Stop is obtained by first" starting "and then" stopping ".

11. Stop position of the start

 lever

When the start lever is placed in the stop position and that the guide hook is moved
outwards, it will lock behind the switch bar. This is why the pick-up arm will lower

on the switch with the consequence that we know. When the roller (137) of the control
disk touches the guide hook to rotate it inwardly, and fails because it is locked, the
roller moves inwardly. With 17.5 cm discs, the roller does not move alone inwards, but

it also pushes the steel spring (113) a certain distance. We get the immediate stop by
"starting" first and then stopping.

VII  MAINTENANCE AND TRANSPORT

As is the case with any mechanism, several points must also be

greased

 to ensure

proper operation. This is recommended especially in case of intensive use. To
guarantee a correct lubrication the lubricants used during the manufacture are
indicated in the list of spare parts. These lubricants are suitable for any climate.

Keep yourself from the excesses!

Do not spill oil or grease and make sure that neither

oil nor grease comes into contact with the rubber of the drive wheel, or with the

conical part of the motor shaft. Oil and grease deform the rubber

 which may adversely

affect the operation of the disc changer. In case of transport of separate unit, as
well as in case of transport in the box, it is necessary to take certain preliminary

measures to avoid unnecessary deterioration. Remove the central pin and make sure that
the plastic discs can not come and go in the groove. The pick-up arm must be securely

fastened to the

control knob

and it is recommended for long-distance transport to

attach the rubber drive wheel in the original way to prevent damage to the rubber.
Finally the best is obviously to pack the separate block in its original packaging. In

case the disc changer is incorporated, the block must be attached to the mounting
plate in the same way as for delivery.
