Turning on the appliance / starting a washing program
1. Pull out the lower and upper rack, load it with dishes and then slide back in.
• We recommend that you fi rst load the lower rack and only then the upper rack (see "Load the
dishwasher racks").
2. Fill the compartment with dishwashing detergent (see section "Dosage of the dishwashing detergent").
3. Connect the power plug to the power socket. Power source is 220 – 240 V ~ 50 Hz, power socket
specifi cation 10 A, 250 V ~. Check that the water inlet is fully open.
4. Close the dishwasher door, press the switch (ON/OFF), the power indicator light will turn on. Press the
program button to select the desired washing program and the dishwasher will start in 3 seconds.
Changing a program
Assumption:
A program that is running can be changed only if it has been running for a short time. Otherwise the
dishwashing detergent has most probably been released and the dishwasher has already drained it together
with the water. If this is the case, the dishwashing detergent must again be refi lled (see section "Dosage of the
dishwashing detergent").
There are two ways to change a program:
1. Press and hold the current program button for about 3 seconds to cancel the washing program. Then press
the desired program button and this will be turned on after 10 seconds.
2. Press the button of the desired program (excluding the button of the program currently running) and hold
it down for longer than 3 seconds to change the currently running program to the one of your choice, the
button you press and it will start in 10 seconds.
NOTE:
If you open the dishwasher door during a wash, the dishwasher will interrupt its operation. The program
indicator light will stop fl ashing and every minute an sound will be made until you close the door. As
soon as you close the door, the dishwasher will resume after about 10 seconds.
Program indicator lights are on depending on the dishwasher status
a) on the display „--:--“ -->
stand-by mode ;
b) on the display „H:MM“ and not fl ashing --> pause ;
c) on the display „H:MM“ and fl ashing --> in operation .
NOTE:
If after a warning signal an error code appears on the display (see section "Error codes"), which indicates
a malfunction of the appliance, turn off the power source and turn off the water supply before calling
a service technician.
