Appendix A: Troubleshooting
If you are having problems using the AutoSort Connect, look up the problem in the following table,
and then follow the instructions to resolve the problem. If you have a problem that is not listed
here, try to determine what might be causing the problem. If you cannot resolve the problem, call
your dealer or Phason Technical Support (see the last page of the manual.)

500 pounds) when there is
nothing on the scale.
The load cell is not
properly connected to the
scale head.
Measure the voltage from the
+ excitation
to the
–
excitation
terminals. The voltage should be about 5 VDC.

on the scale.
