To calibrate the scale head
1.
In the Main menu, press
Maintenance
.
2.
Press the calibration icon [
].
3.
Calibrate the Reference Load value:
a)
Place the reference weight (as described on page 27) evenly along the bottom of the cage.
b)
Press the up or down arrows for Reference Load until the Current Weight is the same as the
reference weight.
c)
Remove the reference weight from the load cell.
4.
Calibrate the
No
Load
value:
a)
Make sure the load cell has no weight on it.
b)
Press the up or down arrows for No Load until the Current Weight is 0.
c)
If you cannot get the Current weight to be exactly 0, press
Zero Scale
.
5.
Press
Save
to save the calibration values.
