Removal of the primary drive

- Hold the fixed flange with tool P/N 752237. 
- Remove the nut. 
- Remove the fixed flange. 

Tightening torque: 

• 125 cc: 70 Nm. 
• 200 cc: 110 Nm. 

- Pull the belt aside. 
- Remove the drive pulley (1) with the guide 

hub (2).

- Remove the clutch and driven pulley 

assembly together with the belt.
