- Remove the air filter cover (3 screw). 

Tightening torque: 10 Nm. 

- Remove the air filter (1). 
- Clean or replace the air filter if it is dirty.

Removal of the primary transmission cover

125 cc

- Remove the plastic cover. 
- Lock the clutch drum with the pin wrench 

P/N 759492.

- Remove the nut. 

Tightening torque: 70 Nm. 

- Remove the transmission cover (8 screw).
