07. Replacement Parts
Cutting elements are subject to natural wear and excluded from
the warranty. For optimal shaving a replacement in good time is
essential.
You are able to reorder the following replacement parts:
• Dual shaving system with a set of 2 shaving foils and 2 cutting
blades.
Recommended Replacement Intervals
We highly recommend to replace shaving system annually in order
to guarantee an optimal cutting performance.
The replacement parts can be ordered via the Service Centre.
Replacing Parts
1. Take off the protective cap.
2. Press the unlocking button (

) for the shaver head and remove it.
3. Press the release buttons (

) for the cutter head and remove it.
4. Grasp the old cutter blades at the ends, holding them between
your thumb and index finger. Carefully remove them from the
shaver.
5. Grasp the new cutter blades at the ends, holding them between
your thumb and index finger. Place them into the cutter head.
Push the cutter blades all the way down until you hear a click.
6. Place the new cutter foil frame into the cutter head frame.
Carefully push the cutter foil frame into the cutter head frame
until you hear a click.
7. Place the new cutter head into the shaver.
When replacing
the cutter head, ensure that the gap in the cutter head is
pointed towards the long-hair trimmer on the back.
Care-
fully push the cutter head onto the shaver until you hear a click.
08. Troubleshooting
DANGER!
• Do not attempt to repair the shaver yourself.
• Always remove the wall power supply from the socket
whenever a fault occurs.
Fault:
Please check the following:
No function
• Is there power coming from
the power point?
• Battery low?
The shaving performance
diminishes
• Have you cleaned and oiled
the cutting blade?
If you are experiencing a fault which is not listed here, please do not
hesitate to contact our Service Centre. Repairs must only be carried
out by specialised technicians.
