1. Introduction
1.1 System Overview
The
PEP Modular Computers CompactPCI product described in this chapter operates
with the PCI bus architecture to support additional I/O and memory-mapped devices as
required by various industrial applications. For detailled information concerning the
CompactPCI standard, please consult the complete Peripheral Component Interconnect
(PCI) and CompactPCI Specifications. For further information regarding these stan-
