If Bluetooth is set to
“Temp.”, the message
“Bluetooth loading...”
will appear every time
you turn on the pen
whilst Bluetooth is
activated.
In case that you do not see insulin bubbles at the tip of the
needle after you pressed
several times, the pen needle
may be blocked.
When there is a blockage during the prime process, the
screen will display a warning message (Error) with a sound.
Press
to cancel the warning and return to “Remain. Ins.”
menu screen.
Press
again to return to “Last Inj.” screen. A syringe with a
cross is displayed on the screen. Change the pen needle and
press
. The syringe will disappear and you can prime again.
