used and distributed exclusively, independently
and autonomously by the company Diamesco
Co., Ltd., #305, 187, Techno 2-ro, Yuseong-gu,
Daejeon, South-Korea (hereinafter referred to
as “Diamesco”), and is not a product of Pendiq
GmbH.
The liability of pendiq GmbH for damages
resulting from the distribution, application,
use, use or malfunctions of this application
software shall, therefore, in accordance with
