The 445KL Mechanical Chair Scale is shipped assembled in one carton. Carefully inspect the carton
for shipping damage before unpacking. If damage is found, contact Customer Service.

445KL UNPACKING INSTRUCTIONS
To avoid damaging the 445KL when unpacking it,
do not use a box cutter, knife, scissors or any
sharp object when opening the protective inner packaging.
If damage is found, contact your
shipper or a Health o meter
®
Professional representative immediately. Claims must be filed with the
shipper as soon as possible after receipt of the package. The following information details what you
will find inside the carton as you unpack the parts for assembly.
Set the carton aside for storage.
The Health o meter Professional Mechanical Chair Scale is shipped completely assembled, so no
additional assembly is required.
Some protective cardboard and plastic will need to be removed before using.
1. Remove metal bands attached to small skid.
2. Remove cardboard at back and front end of chair.
3. Remove protective foam and plastic sleeve over beam.
