Hydraulic oil level check
The hydraulic oil level check is carried out by
visual inspection of the indicator, located on the
right side of the cutter (Img. 1).

The indicator shows the hydraulic oil level and
oil temperature. For a correct operation of the
snowcutter, the oil level should be in the middle
of the scale or 2 cm below the maximum.
Hydraulic drive control levers
Mini snowcutters «Snowmatic» has three hydraulic
drive control levers.
Use lever 1 to move the snowcutter lift boom up
or down.
Use lever 2 to control the snowcutter rotation
(back and forth).
Use lever 3 to move the snowcutter shaft.

Set all control levers
in the neutral position
before starting the
cutter engine.

After you made sure that all hydraulic drive control
levers are in the neutral position, you can proceed
with engine start. Turn the ignition key to position
I (ON) (Img. 3). After that pull the carburetor choke
knob (Img. 4).

After the engine is started use lever 1 to lift up
the cutter shaft lift boom.Warm up the engine for
1-2 minutes. It is not recommended operating the
engine more than for 20 seconds when the choke
is out.
It is also recommended warming up the hydraulic
oil before starting.
