
Common troubles and remedies
Engine does not start
Replace spark plugs.
Engine stalls at idle
Adjust the engine idle speed.
Low engine oil level
Check the oil level. Add the oil if necessary.
Hydraulics not working
• Low the hydralic oil level.
• Hydraulic pump does not work. Inform the
manufacturer.
• The hydraulic valve does not work. Inform the
manufacturer.
Hydraulic oil leaks detected
• Tighten nuts.
• Implement a pressure molding. Inform the
manufacturer.
The snowcutter stops during operation
• You drive too fast. The recommended speed is
8km/h.
• There is a foreign object in the rotatingparts
of snowcutter. Remove the foreignobject.
Continue to work.
• The router bits are too deep.
Snowcutter recessed to much
1. Lift the cutter beam up.
2. Pull the upper cylinder rod completely out.
3.
Lower the cutter to the finisher and set the
bottom cylinder lever 1 to the self-regulation
position.
4. Make the full speed engine start.
5. Recess the cutter to a depth of 4-5cm.
6. Set the cutter shaft rotation toward moving.
7. Continue to work at speeds of 4-8km/h.
— we do not recommend using the
snowcutter if the oil temperatures is above
80 °C, because in this situation the oil loses
its lubricating properties.
