Troubleshooting

The engine does not run and 

the lift is not raised.

The electrical wear has  

loosened.

The engine has burned.

The limit switch is broken or 

faulty in electrical connections.

Check and tighten.

Replace engine.

Repair and check connections, 

replace limit switch.

The engine runs but the lift is 

not raised.

The gear pump is broken.

The overflow valve has come 

loose or is clogged.

The oil level is too low.

Oil hose is leaking or has come 

loose.

The soft start valve has come 

loose or is clogged.

Replace.

Adjust and / or clean.

Fill with oil.

Fasten and tighten.

Adjust and / or clean.

The lifting arms go down 

slowly after they are raised.

An oil hose is leaking.

The oil cylinder is leaking.

The non-return valve is leaking.

The overflow valve is leaking.

The solenoid valve is leaking.

Tighten or replace.

Replace the gasket.

Clean or replace.

Clean or replace.

Clean or replace.

The lifting arms go up too 

slowly. 

The oil filter is clogged.

The oil level is too low.

The overflow valve is not set 

correctly.

The hydraulic oil is too hot (> 

45ºC).
