Maintenance

A simple maintenance makes the lift work reliably

and last longer. How often you service your lift is

up to you and it is governed by how much you use

it. However, we recommend that you do this at

least once a year.

Daily check - before use.

The user must perform daily checks. Daily

inspection of the safety catches is extremely

important. Detecting a possible fault before use

prevents injuries and accidents.
•  Check all hoses and connections for leaks.

•  Check electrical connections. Make sure they

are in good condition.

•  Before use, check that the catches work - you

can hear them falling into the sockets of the

bars when the lifting arms are raised.

•  Lower the lift to the lowest position and switch

off the power when the lift is not in use.

Weekly check

•  Check the flexibility of moving parts.

•  Check the function for safety details.

•  Check the oil level in the tank, it is correct if the

sled goes up in its highest position. If there is

too little oil - top up.

Monthly check

•  Check that the expander bolts are properly

tightened.

•  Check wear and aging of all hoses and

connections.

•  Check wear and lubrication on all moving parts

- replace worn parts in time. So there are no

malfunctions.

Annual check

•  Drain the hydraulic oil.

•  Clean the tank and the oil filter.

•  Top up with new oil (VG32).

If the lift is not to be used for a longer period

of time, the following shall be:

1.  The power cord is unplugged from the wall

outlet.

2.  The oil tank is emptied.

3.  Lubricate moving parts with hydraulic oil.

Important: Think about environmental

protection and dispose of used oil in a

suitable way to a recycling center.
