• Pull the ratchet wire further up to the top of the
main pillar and through the wire wheel.
• Pull the ratchet wire over the transverse beam
and down again via the wire wheel on the
second pillar.
• Pull out the catch wire through the hole just
below the catch bracket on the pillar.
• Attach the spring using the allen screw on the
strut as shown below.
• Pass the wire through the hole on the stay and
tighten the screw so that the wire is clamped.
Assemble the control box
Secure the control box with 2 screws in the
threaded holes on the main column.
Install engine and hydraulic tank
• Mount the engine and tank with the 4 bolts and
nuts on the mounting plate.
• Connect the hydraulic hose from the T-coupling
on the main column to the engine as shown
below.
• Fill with hydraulic oil VG32 approx. 10 liters.
Turn on the electricity
Note: all electrical installation must be done by a
qualified electrician. See picture below for correct
connection.
