Qualification
Only trained technicians are allowed to operate the
lift. Users need professional training. Contact us if
you need help: [email protected]
Safety mechanism
Important: when using the lift, sounds are
generated that indicate that the safety mechanism
is active and functioning normally, which means
that the lift can be used safely. If the catches do
not generate sound from the safety mechanism, it
is not permitted to use the lift. When lowering, first
press the ”Up” button, and then release the safety
catches for both sides by holding down the handle
on the column. Lower with the manual lowering
valve, and the lift arms will lower.
Preparations before installation
Note: On our website there is a film that shows all
the steps of assembly.
Tools and equipment:
• Suitable lifting equipment.
• Electric percussion drill.
• Open fixed U-keys.
• Screwdrivers.
• Adjustable wrench.
• Measuring equipment and spirit level.
Check that all parts are included in the delivery.
Do not hesitate to contact us if there is anything
missing in the delivery. We do not take
responsibility for parts that have been destroyed
due to incorrect handling by the buyer or the
installer.
Specifications for the substrate (floor):
The lift must be mounted on a smooth cement
floor with a strength of more than 3000 psi, the
tolerance for flatness less than 5 mm and a
minimum thickness of 150 mm. Remember, newly
made cement floors must be older than 28 days to
have burned enough. Ideally, it should harden for
several months.
Precautions
• Make sure that the pillars are parallel and
vertical to the ground.
• Tighten all hydraulic couplings securely to
avoid leakage.
• Check that all bolts and screws are properly
tightened.
• Do not place a vehicle on the lift when it is
being tested for the first time.
Installation advice
• On our website you can see a film where we go
through assembly and installation from
beginning to end.
• Unless specifically stated, our lift is for indoor
use only. It should be mounted on an even and
stable concrete floor. Do not install the lift on
expanding concrete beams or on a second or
elevated floor without first consulting a building
architect. Make sure that the space around or
above the lift is free of obstacles such as
heaters, beams, power lines, etc.
• Make an installation layout: When determining
the installation location, first select the location
of the main pillar. From this place, two diagonal
lines of the same length are drawn. The lines
are marked with masking tape or with chalk.
• Take of the packaging, place some distances
between the two pillars before unscrewing the
upper one from the frame, or hang the upper
pillar in a crane. Be careful that none of the
pillars fall over or fall to the floor, as the at-
tachment points for the accessories may be
damaged. Remove the pillars and the loose
parts from the packages and place them where
the lift is to be mounted. Read the manual and
check that, all parts are included.
• Raise the pillars, the pillar with bracket for the
hydraulic unit first. Be careful that none of the
pillars fall over or fall to the floor, as the
attachment points for the accessories may be
damaged.
• Check that the lifting chain is directly over the
piston guide wheel and check that the cylinder
guide pin is correctly in the column hole.
Assembly instructions
Once the location of the main pillar is determined,
drill and bolt the pillar to the floor.
