Exhaust Diverter Installation
Note: Keep hardware relatively loose until the Exhaust Diverter has been optimally positioned.
To install the Exhaust Diverter (Item #1), slide the part over the exhaust of your mower. Secure the Exhaust Diverter
by using the 1-1/2” Exhaust Clamp Kit (Item #2) over the Exhaust Diverter. Refer to Figure A.
To keep the Exhaust Diverter from burning the grass, position the Exhaust Diverter to the optimal position based on
the mower’s exhaust positioning:
If the mower’s exhaust sits higher, angle the Exhaust Diverter to about 110°.
If the mower’s exhaust sits lower, angle the Exhaust Diverter to about 90°.
