
1. HOLD Button
Press this button to hold the present reading on the display, and “H”
will appear as an indicator. Press this button again to exit Data Hold
mode, and “H” will disappear
2. Function/Range switch
It can be used to select the desired function and range as will as to
turn on or off the meter. To preserve battery life, set this switch to the
“OFF” position if you don´t use the meter.
3. 10 A Socket
Plug-in connector for the red test lead for DC current measurements
from 200mA ~ 10A.
4. COM-Socket
Plug-in connector for the black test lead for all measurements.
5.
„V/Ω/mA“ Socket
Plug-in connector for the red test lead for all measurements except
current measurements > 200 mA.
6. Backlight
Press this button to enable or disable the backlight.
7. LC-Display
The LCD Displays the measurement values with automatic polarity
selection and comma placement. The maximal displayed count is
1999. If the measured value is above 1999 the over-range symbol
“OL” will be displayed.
8. Non-Contact-Voltage-Detector
The NCV is running when the device is switched on in every
measurement range. Move the head close to a voltage source above
50V and the red LED will light up.
