Brushes shorter than 11 mm must be changed for new from set of spare parts;
The brushes put back inside in opposite sequence;
Check the free moving of brushes and right position of springs;
Mount the collector casing and secure its bolts with binding wire.
Check the gasket ring (6). If defective, replace it by a new one from the set of of spare parts.
In case of inadequate make-and-break function of the clutch, replace the electric-starter.
Mount the electric-starter on the gear box, Screw, tighten and secure the fastening bolts with the safety washers
(tightening torque 10

Record the performed work into the APU Engine log book, including values of the measured play V.
