MODBUS COMMUNICATION PROTOCOLS
The parameters of the instrument that can be read or programmed through the communication interfaces
available on the instrument, according to the hardware setup, are listed in the following table.
The registers of the R type are those readable while those of the W type are those writable.
In the case of the Modbus TCP protocol, the device address (“Unit Identifier” field) must always be FFh.
If a fieldbus (different from Modbus) is used, only the R or R/W registers will be present in the input area and
only the W or R/W registers will be present in the output area. The registers have a size of 16 bits.
