WARRANTY
In case of defect detection, the Buyer, upon presentation of these
conditions of warranty service, has the right to repair, acquired from the
Seller equipment (except for equipment installation) during a guarantee
period (24 months from the date of purchase). Warranty cases when the
equipment is out of order due to violations of the rules of use, storage or
transportation of product, actions of third parties. All customer claims
must be expressed in writing in the warranty card with a description of
the sequence of actions resulting there was a loss of serviceability of the
equipment.
Product not covered by the warranty in cases:
Loss of warranty service conditions;
Violations of the rules of operation, namely:
1)
The use of equipment in conditions not stipulated by the
manufacturer's instruction, the excess of recommended
manufacturer of load;
2)
The presence of mechanical damage (dents, cracks, chips, etc.);
3)
The presence of the circumcision cables or connectors (cropping
cables are allowed only at the distance of 1 cm from the
connector). Please note that part of the cable from the junction
box to the camera itself is a technological and in any case can’t
be damaged or cut, as it will lead to loss of warranty and break
your camera;
