TROUBLESHOOTING
In case of no image, it is strongly recommended to check camera by
connecting it to DVR or testing tools directly. It is strongly
recommended to check power supply, power and signal cable.
In case of interference, you need to check is there are any source of
interference nearby CCTV equipment (220/380AC power cables,
high-voltage transformers, bad power supply, etc). To eliminate
interference is most postpone signal circuits of interference sources.
In case of insufficient capacity of IR illumination, please make sure
the power supply complies with the camera. Please, notice that the
long cable causes a voltage drop.
In case of cycle camera reboot, please check your power supply
performance. Please, notice that the long cable causes a voltage drop.
