NOTE:
It is not necessary to use the choke when starting a warm engine.
If the choke is left in the “START” (start) position while the engine is running, the engine will run
poorly or stall.
5. Turn the main switch to “
START
” (start), and hold it for a maximum or 5 seconds (Electric start).
6. Immediately release the main switch and allow it to return to “
ON
” (on) after the engine starts.
7. Slowly return the throttle grip to the fully closed position.
