Reassembly

Begin Reassembly of HTG
Motor
Start with reassembly of the
pump section.
Starting with the top housing, clean all parts
before reassembly.
Install trunnion arm seal.
Seat trunnion arm seal.
Install trunnion arm.
With a 5/8” socket, gently press on socket
until seal is seated in housing.
Using finger pressure, push seal into place.
1. Lightly oil trunnion arm with HT-1000™
oil.
2. Insert from the inside of the pump hous-
ing.
3. Push the trunnion flush to inner top
housing.
