Troubleshooting
Problem Possible Cause Solution
pump will not start
no power
plug the pump in
check house/GFI fuse
speed display says „zero“
read the manual section for
the controller
the impeller is blocked
unplug the pump, remove
the blockage
motor is not plugged
plug the motor into the
controller
after a power failure all
settings are set back to
zero
value must be reentered in
the controller
pump suddenly stops the impeller is blocked
unplug the pump, remove
blockage
power failure check GFI/ house fuse
the controller is in a
change settings mode
read the manual for the

the pump is no longer
