What are the storage conditions that concern collectors and consumers of good wine?
Light, humidity, temperature and vibration.

What is the ideal temperature for wine?
The ideal temperature for storing wine is between 52ºF and 57ºF (11ºC~14ºC). However, any
temperature between 41º~68ºF (5º~20ºC) will suffice as long as it is constant.

What is the ideal humidity for wine?
A humidity of between 60%-70% is an excellent range in which to store wine. High humidity
levels keep moisture inside the bottle and prevent evaporation through the cork. Humidity
levels that are too high often cause the creation of micro-organisms that can prematurely age
your wine and even spoil it.

The storage temperature seems to vary from 2 to 4 degrees frequently.
This is normal: small temperature differences are necessary for the appliance to work
properly. When the wine cellar starts the defrost cycle, the temperature rises slightly. When
the refrigeration system starts working again, the temperature drops again.
Such changes occur in a short period of time and their effect is minimal to affect the
conservation of the wine. The liquid tends to maintain a medium temperature with a range of

Certify that the installation has been carried out in accordance with the manual, in particular the
vents, which are very important for optimum operation and to avoid serious malfunctions.
As for condensation on the outside of the wine cooler door, it is a normal and natural effect
that occurs in atypical circumstances, where high outside temperature, high relative humidity,
room or kitchen without adequate ventilation, room closed for a long time and the cold glass
door of the wine cooler are all factors that certainly cause condensation.
It is advisable to install the unit in a well ventilated, dry and/or air-conditioned location.
