1. Exit the Photo Mail Inbox, and then re-connect to view the Inbox again.
2. The email that did not successfully download should now be listed and the photo total should reflect only the undownloaded
photos.
3. Select the email and try downloading the remaining photos.
4. If you are unable to download the remaining photos after multiple attempts, there may be data corruption which could prevent
a successful download; delete the email.
Note
: You will only be charged for successfully downloaded photos.
Delete Photo Mail
If you do not want to download photos from specific Photo Mails, simply delete the Photo Mails from the Photo Mail Inbox.
Note
: There is no photo preview feature for viewing photos before deleting a Photo Mail, and you cannot select a partial
photo deletion (i.e., if you have a photo mail with 7 photos, you cannot download a portion of the 7 before deleting the
Photo Mail).

screen will be

2. To delete only one photo mail, select

Block/Unblock Senders
You can block specific sender’s email addresses so you will not receive future photo mail from them, and you can unblock them at a
later time if you want to receive photo mail from them again.
The blocked senders will not be notified that you have blocked them, so they may continue to send you messages unaware
that you are not receiving them.

.
3. On the
Senders List
screen, use
to scroll through the sender’s email addresses.

CAUTION
: When you block a sender, all photo mails that are in the Inbox from that sender will automatically be deleted.
Unblocking a sender will not restore any previously deleted photo mails
.
Delete Senders
To keep your Senders List current, you may want to remove sender’s email addresses from time to time. When you delete a sender,
all photo mails that are in the Inbox from that sender will automatically be deleted. However, if future Photo Mails are received from
deleted senders, their email addresses will be added to your Senders List again.

Photo Mail Download is required for each photo you download through Photo Mail.
When you need more Photo Mail Downloads, you can purchase multiple quantity packages conveniently online or through your DPF.
