value. If the polarity is twisted a "Minus sign" is displayed. Use the HOLD
function if the reading is difficult to read.
Temperature measurement
Set the rotary switch to the TEMP ‐ Position
Attach the adaptor of the temperature probe to the instrument.
( ⊝ ‐ Symbol to the COM jack and ⊕ ‐ Symbol to the °C°F jack.) Press MODE to
select "°F" or "°C".
Connect the temperature probe to the device to be tested wait a few moments
and read the value displayed.
Data HOLD Funktion
If the reading could not be read during measurement due to difficult operation the
„HOLD“ ‐ button could be pressed to freeze the display reading.
1. Press the „HOLD“ ‐ button to freeze the display reading.
2. The display shows the „HOLD“ ‐ symbol to indicate the activated HOLD function.
3. Press the „HOLD“ ‐ button again to return to standard operation.
PEAK Hold Funktion
The “PEAK hold” function records AC/DC voltage / current peak values of about 1
ms. Peak HOLD mode deactivates "Auto Power OFF".

By repeatedly pressing the PEAK key you can change between the minimum
(Pmin) and the maximum value Pmin).

To deactivate this function press and hold PEAK .
