“Mic select” can only be configured when “Mic input”, “Interactive(Half-duplex)”, or “Interactive(Full-duplex)” is
selected for “Audio transmission/reception”.

Internal:
The camera’s built-in mic is used.
•
External:
Uses the audio inputted from the mic or the line input terminal. An audio cable (accessory) must
be connected to the audio cable connector.

[Audio encoding format]
Select the audio reception encoding format from G.726, G.711, and AAC-LC.
•
Default:
G.726

•
G.711 is available only when “Mic input” is selected for “Audio transmission/reception”.
•
G.726 is always applied for the audio transmission encoding format.
[Audio bit rate]
Select the audio bit rate used to transmit/receive audio data.

When “G.726” is selected for “Audio encoding format”: 16kbps/32kbps

When “G.711” is selected for “Audio encoding format”: cannot be selected

When “AAC-LC” is selected for “Audio encoding format”: 64kbps/96kbps/128kbps

[Mic input volume (Camera to PC)]
Select a volume level on the PC to hear audio transmitted from the camera.
•
Mic High:
The volume level will become high. This setting will be applied when audio is input to the camera
using a microphone.
•
Mic Middle:
The volume level will become middle. This setting will be applied when audio is input to the
camera using a microphone.
•
Mic Low:
The volume level will become low. This setting will be applied when audio is input to the camera
using a microphone.
•
Line High:
The volume level will become high. This setting will be applied when audio is input to the camera
using the Line input.
•
Line Middle:
The volume level will become middle. This setting will be applied when audio is input to the
camera using the Line input.
•
Line Low:
The volume level will become low. This setting will be applied when audio is input to the camera
using the Line input.

These settings are linked with the volume settings of the “Audio recording” function.
•
When “Internal” is selected for “Mic select”, “Line High”, “Line Middle”, and “Line Low” cannot be
selected.

20ms/ 40ms/ 80ms/ 160ms
