SSD Insertion and Removal
Inserting an SSD
(1) Unlock the key.
Insert the key in the lock and turn it
clockwise to [ ] and remove it.
Note:
•
Do not try to turn the key further
than the stop position, and do not
move it unnecessarily, to prevent
damage to the key and lock.
(2) Open the SSD slot cover.
Note:
•
To prevent damage, do not exert
undue force on the open cover.
(3) Insert an SSD into an SSD slot.
Note:
•
Use officially supported SSD.
(4) Close the SSD slot cover.
Return the SSD slot cover to its
original closed position by pushing
to the end.
When you close the SSD slot
cover after inserting an SSD, the
[SSD] lamp indicates the recorder
status. (Refer to “Indicator Lamps
and Recorder Status” in Section 2:
Operation.)
(5) Lock and remove the key.
Insert the key in the lock and turn
it counterclockwise to [ ], and
remove it.
