4.
Install the fiber unit to the head by using the
positioning guide pin.
ワㄐㄕㄊㄆ
• Make sure that no foreign matter such as fingerprint, dust,
grease or oil is attached to the optical part of the fiber unit. If
it is contaminated, blow dusts with an air duster for optics.
5.
After the temporary fitting of the fiber unit by tightening
loosely, evenly tighten the screws in a crisscross
manner to the specified torque of 1.5 N·m.
ワㄐㄕㄊㄆ
• Use due caution when handling the fiber unit. Giving any shock may
cause a failure.
• Not to break the screw head, use the end-rounded tightening tool and insert it to the screw head as straight as possible.
• If the O-ring is deformed by forcibly inserting the screws, the ingress protection characteristics of the head are not
ensured. Proportionally tighten the screws with a specified torque using torque wrench or other tools.
6.
Confirm the lasing position. If there is a gap between the guide lasing position and the actual
lasing position, calibrate the working field.
Refer to “Working field calibration” (Maintenance screen) in Operation Manual.
