Laser error.
• Failure of laser oscillator is detected.
• Fiber cable is broken.
• Instantaneous interruption of laser power
supply is detected.
• Temperature in the laser oscillator exceeds the
limit.
• Check and correct the power status.
• Check if the AC power line is effected by noise.
• Check the connection of the cables and
signal lines, and then restart the laser welding
machine.
• Check if the ambient temperature of the laser
welding machine is not exceeding the range of
its specification.
E234 Detected unintended-irradiation. Contact our sales office or representatives.

Temperature error in laser oscillator.
• Check if the ambient temperature of the laser
welding machine is not exceeding the range of
its specification.
• Make sure air-cooling fan operates.
• Remove the dust and contamination in the air
intake and exhaust port, and clean the filter of
the air-cooling part.
• When not recovered, contact our sales office
or representatives.
E242 Temperature error in head.
• Check if the ambient temperature of the laser
welding machine is not exceeding the range of
its specification.
• Avoid placing heat sources near the head.
E250 Power supply voltage is low.
• Check and correct the power status.
• Check if the AC power line is effected by noise
from other devices.
• Check the connection of the cables and
signal lines, and then restart the laser welding
machine.
E260 Interlock is disconnected.
• Confirm the connection of the interlock
terminals.
• Check the status of the safety equipment
connected to the interlock terminals.
• Confirm operation logic of the connected
devices.
E300
Head connection error. Turn the power off and
check connection.
Turn off the power and check the followings:
• Check the head and controller model. Connect
models in the correct combination.
• Check the connection of the cables and
signal lines, and then restart the laser welding
machine.
• If the cable is disconnecting, replace it.

Unsupported combination of the head and
controller.

Internal system error occurs in the laser welding
machine.
Check the connection of the cables and signal
lines, and then restart the laser welding machine.

Internal process data in the laser welding machine

If it doesn’t reboot normally, contact our sales
