Measures
Trigger ready does
not turn ON
An error occurs.
Check the error code and cancel the alarm or warning.
Lasing operation is in
progress.
Do not input the next lasing trigger until the lasing operation is
completed.
Laser supply is turned OFF.
Turn ON the laser supply.
If the laser pumping fails, refer to “Laser pumping” in
Troubleshooting.
Internal shutter is closed.
• Open the internal shutter.
• Check if the setting of DIP switch No. 2 and the actual control
method for shutter operation (by I/O or communication
command) are consistent.
• If the DIP switch setting is changed, restart the laser welding
machine.
File switching is not
complete.
If the file number is changed, the trigger ready is turned OFF for
dozens of ms or seconds to create drawing data. Input lasing
trigger signal after making sure that READY output is ON if you
changed the file.
Though the setting of
“Offset by SEO Command”
is enabled in the file, SEO
command is not input from
the external control device.
When the file with the setting to use SEO command is selected,
transmit SEO command by every trigger input.
Input the lasing trigger signal after making sure that the READY
output is on, or checking the status of READY using the status
checking command (STS).
For communication
command control:
“reception mode ON”
is set for command
reception permission (MKM
command).
Set “reception mode OFF” for command reception permission
(MKM command). Before inputting the lasing trigger signal, use
the status checking command (STS) to make sure that trigger
ready is on.
The required time for
turning on READY
OUT (Y6) after
opening the shutter
or changing the file
is longer.
Data compile mode was set
to Precompiled.
If Lasing pause warning (E720) is not occurred with the selected
file, change Data compile mode to Runtime in File option menu.
