Characteristics of new refrigerant, R-410A

1. Performance

Almost the same performance as R-22 and R-407C

2. Pressure

Working pressure is approx. 1.4 times more than R-22 and R-407C.

3. Refrigerant composition

Few problems in composition control, since it is a Quasi-azeotropic mixture refrigerant.

1. Non-azeotropic mixture refrigerant: mixture of two or more refrigerants having different

boiling points.

2. Quasi-azeotropic mixture refrigerant: mixture of two or more refrigerants having similar

boiling points.
