REMOVAL OF THE LCD DRIVE C.B.A.

1. Peel the Seal Tape 4.

Fig. P1-1

2. Remove the Top Duct 2 Unit by removing the 4 Screws (421).
3. (PT-43LCX64/PT-50LCX64)

Remove the Filter Unit by removing the 4 Screws (421).
Note: Do not touch the Air Filter.

4. (PT-43LCX64/PT-50LCX64)

Remove the Top Duct 1 Unit by removing the 4 Screws (458).

5. Disconnect Connector P2303, P2304, P2902, P2903.

Disconnect Connectors P2001, P2002, P2003 (LCD Panel Flexible Cable).
Note: Take extreme care not to damage the LCD Panel Flexible Cable.

6. Remove the LCD Drive Shield Case Top, the LCD Drive C.B.A., the LCD Drive Shield Case Bottom, and the GND Wire by

removing the 4 Screws (421).
(PT-43LCX64/PT-50LCX64)
Remove the clip.

7. Remove the LCD Drive C.B.A. from the LCD Drive Shield Case Top and the LCD Drive Shield Case Bottom.

To remove the LCD Drive C.B.A. of PT-60LCX64, it is not necessary to remove the Top Duct 1 Unit and the Filter Unit. 
However, to remove the LCD Drive C.B.A. of PT-43LCX64 or PT-50LCX64, it is necessary to remove the Top Duct 1 Unit and 
the Filter Unit prior to the LCD Drive C.B.A.
